The purpose of this website is to clearly and concisely inform Internet Service Providers (ISP’s), web hosts as well as Internet Distributors about the legal ramifications of infringing on the Federally registered Sea Vegg®/Sea Veg® Trademarks and Federally registered Sea Vegg®/Sea Veg® Copyrights that are soley owned by Scott Kennedy and FarmaSea® Health, LLC.
Therefore, these intellectual properties(see trademarks and copyrights) can not be used or displayed via the Internet in any manner without the expressed written permission of Scott Kennedy and FarmaSea® Health, LLC.
The Goal
Our Goal is to educate existing distributors about how to become an authorized FarmaSea® Health distributorof Super Sea Veg® and other FarmaSea® Health products, thereby avoiding Legal action and the immediate removal of their website or webpage(per Online Auction sites: E-bay, Amazon, etc.) from the internet.

The licensing agreement between ITV Ventures and Scott Kennedy involving ITV Ventures use of the Sea Vegg® name,trademark and copyrightshas been terminateddue to the expiration of the agreement in tandem with ITV Venturesegregious and deliberate breaches of the licensing agreement.
Internet DMCA Infringement Campaign
FarmaSea® Health, LLC and Scott Kennedy are proud to annnounce that they have retained the services of Timothy P. Matson to initiate the implementation of their National INTERNET Copyright and Trademark Infringement Campaign.
Mr. Matson is the Co-Owner of the Distribution rights for the nationally recognized Barefoot Product line which includes the #1 Infomercial Product of all time, Coral Calcium Supreme. Due to the national success of this supplement, UNAUTHORIZED MANUFACTURERS illegally replicated the COPYRIGHTED LABEL and wholesaled a bogus product to distributors which resulted in over 130 Counterfeit websites marketing and distributing this counterfeit product.
Due to his tenacious persistence, Mr. Matson became well versed in Internet Law and devised the best legal strategies available to protect against Copyright and Trademark infringement which lead to the implementation of the Digital Millenium Copright Act of 1998 (see DMCA of 1989) against infringing website owners.
The Results
Over 130 infringing websites were forced to comply with the removal of counterfeit photos of the infringing product from their websites. Once aware of the legal implications, the majority of Counterfeit distributors agreed to sign a Distribution Agreement with Mr. Matson to become an AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR of the product line.
Those that refused to comply had their websites removed from the internet (see DMCA of 1989) by DMCA Takedown Notices that were sent to the Internet Service Provider(ISP) or webhost of each infringing website.
By implementing these same strategies, FarmaSea® Health, LLC will protect their loyal customers from Counterfeit products as well as knock off products that may contain inferior ingredients. Mr. Matson’s expertise will not only assist FarmaSea® Health, LLC in eliminating counterfeit products but he will also oversee the implementation of other strategies that will protect the value and integrity of the FARMASEA® product line.
First Action
The first action taken will be to identify and then contact each infringing internet distributors (Website Owners, Auction sites: E-Bay, Amazon etc.) and direct them to this website. Our goal will be to educate and inform distributors of our legal rights and the legal jeopardy they are in by displaying infringing products on their website.
Second Action
DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICES
If our requests for compliance are ignored, infringing companies & individuals contact information will be provided to our legal counsel(see Winthrop & Weinstine) for evaluation of damages.
We will then immediately file DMCA Takedown Notices with the Internet Service Providers (ISP’s- i.e. webhosts) for each infringing website or webpage which will result in the immediate removal of the infringing content from the Internet.

Nationally recognized Sea Vegetation Expert
Scott Kennedy, Founder, FarmaSea® Health LLC, was on his way to a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration at the University of Texas, Austin and an investor in Real Estate in 1983, when a personal experience changed the course of his life. Shortly thereafter he was led to a sea vegetation-based dietary supplement by an Iridologist who recommended he place his mother on a daily regimen. Scott’s mother, who had suffered with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) since she was pregnant with him moved into a miraculous remission within 90 days.
In 1985, Scott founded Sea Veg®, USA (now FarmaSea® Health LLC) and he began researching and promoting the value of sea vegetation in Human Nutrition. Studying under his mentor, Joseph Wachter, Jr., N.D., who passed away in 1988, Scott was privy to the large body of research and documentation amassed by the Wachter family and he became the largest distributor of Wachters Organic Sea Products in the 74 year history of the company.
In 1999, Scott created the FarmaSea® Blend of Sea Plants, imported in conjunction with the Irish Government and the National University of Ireland Marine Sciences Center in Galway. Along with his friend and scientific advisor, Stefan Kraan, Ph.D. Marine Botany, Scott created what is now considered the most powerful blend of edible sea plants on Earth. These are delivered as a definitive dietary food supplement, in 100% vegetable capsules called Super Sea Veg® by FarmaSea®. This product will soon be marketed via a National Infomercial campaign.
