Shipping & Terms
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. Please allow up to 7-10 days for ground delivery. If in doubt, please contact us.
U.S. – Shipments:
All shipments within the continental USA will be automatically sent via UPS Ground or USPS unless a different method of delivery is requested (i.e., Overnight / 2nd Day / 3rd Day). Please allow up to 3 – 5 business days for UPS ground delivery.
All orders going to Canada that are over $19.00 USD will incur an extra fee for duties and taxes apart from the shipping fees. These extra costs are the responsibility of the customer and are payable directly to the carrier as a brokerage fee. Please allow at least 5 business days for delivery via UPS Standard Ground to Canada.
Express shipments will be shipped via UPS. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. If in doubt, please contact us.
In most cases, orders are shipped the same day the order is placed. (To ship same day, an order must be placed Mon – Fri before 12pm PST, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Friday (after 12pm PST) through Sunday will be shipped on the following business day, excluding holidays. For additional questions about your shipping options, please contact us.
When an order is placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Once a product has left the warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the item(s) has shipped.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are not weight-based, they are a flat rate.
Freight Claims and Shipping Damage must be reported within 24 Hours of receipt of shipment. Shipping Errors by FarmaSea® Health must be reported within 48 Hours of receipt of product to make a claim.
All FarmaSea® orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
FarmaSea® does ship to P.O. Boxes.
